One Asia Property Consultants Sdn Bhd (OAPC) is a newly established young and energetic property consultancy firm. It was founded by Mr. Goh Keng Chai as One Asia Properties in Johor Bahru in December 2007 and with a vision to take the company to a higher level, he joined forces with Puan Najihah bt MD Noor to incorporate One Asia Property Consultants Sdn Bhd (OAPC) in October 2008.

One Asia Property Consultants has a team of highly experienced key staff each with more than 10 years experience working in the property industry in areas like evaluation, real estate agency, project marketing, property management and market and feasibility study. It ‘ s overall is timely during the challenging time of establishment 3 fs ‘ (financial, fuel and food) crisis as property is always seen to be the best hedge against inflation.

One Asia Property Consultants has a pool of very senior and experienced staffs from similar background who have collectively done RM billion worth of property consultancy and transactions over the years during their previous employment. Most of the staffs have each accumulated at least 10 years of working experience in the related field.

One Asia Property Consultants having established itself for about 6 months now, has embarked on an expansion drive by having a new office in Sydney, Australia. OAPC has business affiliation with with APO Realty (JB) and several international real estate companies worldwide namely Castlefields of London and Jakarta and also Robert Harrison Property of London. OAPC is also in the midst of setting up international branches in Ho Chi Minh and Singapore to cater for the growing demand of properties in that region during this trying times as real estate prices have soften significantly over the past few months.
